Sledding Until Dusk

Oh my gooooooodness!!!!
 It's SO cold.
Thank heaven for friends that take our cooped up children for a spin around the block...on their sleds, pulled by a totally sweet jeep!

Sport went flying around the block and church parking lot with his buddy C. until the sun went down.
Little boys going wild!
Always a new trick to try :)

I'm just going to watch from my window.

BYU Cougar Run

Sport looks forward to running the BYU Cougar Run with his school every year.
He's getting fast too!
1st-7th graders from schools all over the valley run one mile with Cosmo at BYU.
His school placed 2nd and he was pretty darn pleased with himself.
But, next year they are going for the gold!
At least, that's what he tells me.
I don't doubt it :)
Dad's his biggest fan...(So he says.  I'd say mom is!)
#674 has become Sport's buddy.
There's a long story behind their friendship...
To keep it simple, D. use to be someone Sport tried to steer clear of at school (for good reason).
It took some time and a lot of work on Sports part to get to where they are now.
I'm so proud of our little man for trying so hard and very grateful for answered prayers.
They are great friends now.
Lining up for take off!
Sport giving the boys some pointers...
He made it!!
"Mom, my stomach started hurting SO bad right in the middle of the race.  I just wanted to die!  But, I knew I had to finish, so I just kept going."-Sport
Way to not give up, buddy!

You rock!!

Baseball Season

Sport's favorite!
I never would have picked baseball for him.
I just figured there was too much standing around for his active mind.
But, I was wrong!
He loves baseball and asks to play again every year.
This year he played Coach Pitch...and it still wasn't challenging enough for him (says Sport).
I think it was the perfect speed.
He's fast, but not that fast :)

Little brother thinks the world of him!
Up to bat!
Just follow the arrows...
Who wants to read when there are pictures anyway, right?

Sliding into first!
His favorite thing to do...
Coach dad out there giving pointers...
The girls and baby Tim trying to stay cool in the shade...
Give me food!!!
Our view of the kids.
I love the mountains in the Spring!
Sport making sure moms watching...
Timmy's about fed up.
This is the look he gives right before pitching a fit because mom's not picking him up...
Good game, Owlz!
He had fun and played hard...
Ready to cool off!
What you lookin' at?
Love my boys!
Any man can be a father,
but it takes someone special to be a dad :)

You guys rocked it today!
It's going to be a fun season

Dad's Game(s)

The kids think it's so cool that dad plays baseball!
We have the loudest cheering section...almost embarrassingly loud :)
Personally, I just think he's incredibly good looking.
Baby Timmy flirting with the ladies...
Our girls up against the fence screaming for dad...
Sport likes to cool off in the water fountain...
It can get pretty hot out there on the bleachers.
Trying to keep our little man in the shade...
The announcer asked us over the speaker to please STAY OFF THE FENCE.
Scared the girls to death!
Sometimes that's all it takes...maybe they'll listen to me next time.
Such monkeys!
The PNCL boys made it to finals!

Way to go guys!
You can go home smiling...
Happy day for us ladies!

Someone Stole My Date!

Sport got to watch the Jazz play against the Golden State Warriors with dad at Energy Solutions Arena.
He had so much fun!
JP said, "The Jazz won in overtime. I think it was the nachos and churros that we ate. They gave us the energy to cheer louder!"

He would wear that T-Shirt everyday if I let him.
Any time with dad is a good time.

Fun On Grandpa & Grandma's Farm

The country life for us!
The kids were in kid heaven.
I use to love playing at the river...
There's so much to explore!
They begged dad every day to take them on a hike to the river...
These grow beds will be overflowing with fruits and veggies come Spring!
Waiting for Uncle Matt to let off the rocket he got for Christmas...
The husband making movies!
Sport thinks Uncle Matt has the coolest toys!!!
Getting ready to light the fuse...
This poor little kitty got loved to death by the girls during our visit...
They took her everywhere they went.
Minnie collected all these huge mushrooms from the woods and brought them home to eat!
Taking a time out from all their exploring...
Once again, fighting over who got the kitty.
We finally had to put a time limit on it before they squeezed the poor thing too hard...
Totally cool chicken feather, Mae Mae!!
That was such a sweet kitty cat.  She put up with a lot!
Building towers out of Grandpas wood scraps...
Uncle Matt getting ready to load up the fire place for us!
He's awesome like that.
If we couldn't find the kids, we would check this tree.
They were usually in it.
The tree house is another favorite place to play...
I always wanted one as a little girl!
Sport could usually be found in the woods playing with his uncles, building a dam in the creek,
Or begging for a chance to shoot the Airsoft guns.
Uncle Matt running the girls back up the hill from the chicken coop (He's so cool)!
They liked to sneak down there and play with the chicks any chance they could...P.J.'s or not.
The boys played a lot of basketball!
(Is it in?  Is it in??)
Trying to guard 7+ ft. bro Ben is a work out!
Everybody stand back!  Ammon's got this...
Check out the size of that snapping turtle!
Mom worried it was going to take a finger off...
The kids thought he was totally awesome.
A family "pet"...
Nature is the best babysitter.
How I will miss it!
